General Information

Halls Available

We have four halls available to let for community purposes and family events such as birthdays, christenings, wedding parties and reception events. A kitchen is also available.

Transport

We are next to Waterloo station and easily accessible by train, tube and bus.

Community Groups

Discounted rates apply to regular activities run entirely on an unpaid mutual support basis (i.e. not making any profit).

Equipment

Tables, chairs, etc. are included with booking rates (you will have to set up yourself). An urn is also available, and other equipment such as a projector and PA system are available for an extra charge (see below).

Garden

Use of the garden is included in all hall hire bookings. Smoking is permitted and it is an ideal spot for lunch or a break in the sun during summer months. You might also benefit from the huge variety of food and drink available in the local area.

PARTIES: Please note that party bookings incur an additional one-off cleaning charge of £60 and a refundable deposit of £100. Also a late-night charge of £25 applies when halls are used up to or beyond 11pm (£35 at Christmas)

All activities should promote health and wellbeing. Our primary area of benefit is Waterloo and then Lambeth generally. WAC does not take bookings from political parties.
Volunteer/Mutual Support – organisations which are run entirely by unpaid effort.
Charities/ Small Social Enterprises – organisations with charitable status and health and well being activities run by individual providers or other very small organisations.
