Joanna has provided free legal advice at Waterloo Legal Advice Service to diversified members of the community in need of assistance on a weekly basis, which Joanna has done so for over four years.</span> <span style="color: #000080;"><br /><br /> Joanna enjoys cooking and cake making and has catered for many public events in her local area. Joanna is also an avid knitter.</span></p>

<p><span style="color: #000080;"><b>Frances Forrest</b> joined the committee in March 2010. &nbsp;She has many contacts in the <st1:city w:st="on"><st1:place w:st="on">Waterloo</st1:place></st1:city> area and brings experience of several voluntary sector management boards in other parts of Lambeth.</span></p>

<p><span style="color: #000080;"><b>Dr  Patrick Harborow </b>has been a GP in <st1:city w:st="on"><st1:place w:st="on"><st1:city u1:st="on"><st1:place u1:st="on">Waterloo</st1:place></st1:city></st1:place></st1:city> since 1988. &nbsp;Over the years he has helped change The Waterloo Health  Centre from a single handed practice in a one bedroom flat to a modern  Health Centre in purpose built premises. &nbsp;His involvement over the last  20 years has taught him much about the local community and he has been  able to see considerable changes many for the better. &nbsp;When  asked about the current climate Patrick said &ldquo;Unfortunately I foresee  tough times ahead with &lsquo;efficiency savings&rsquo; translating into cuts in  front line services whatever the political rhetoric may be!&rdquo; &nbsp;</span></p>
